your shadow laughs at you,

but only for your ears go hear.

It drives you absolutely crazy,
because you can’t tell your shadow
to shut up
without you looking crazy.

But once you realize
that the shadow you keep fighting with

Then you’ll continually be tortured
on a daily basis
until you take your stand.
